Cask Intelligence

Cask Intelligence uses AI-assisted analysis to interpret the available cask data and provide structured insights on maturation, balance, and comparative characteristics. These insights are designed to support informed decision-making and do not replace professional or warehouse assessments.

Cask Type

Cask Type refers to the previous use and wood composition of the cask, which play a key role in flavour development during maturation. Different cask types influence aroma, texture, and the rate at which the spirit evolves.

Liquid Type

Liquid Type describes the spirit currently maturing in the cask, including its production style and category. These characteristics influence how the spirit interacts with the wood and develops over time.
